Promotion A: New User Exclusive - Trade on Binance Spot or Convert to Receive Up To $50 in DOGS Token Voucher

How to Participate:

1. Opt-in to this promotion on the landing page by clicking “Join Campaign”;

2. Bind your Moonbix account with your Binance account, and complete KYC identification;

3. Trade a minimum of $10 equivalent on Binance Spot or Binance Convert during the Promotion Period.

The first 36,500 new users* who fulfill all of the aforementioned criteria will each receive up to $50 in DOGS token voucher.

The reward amount allocated to each user will be determined based on the award selection rules based on BNB Smart Chain hash value. Qualified winners whose Binance UIDs have the most consecutive identical digits to the last 10 numeric digits of the last BNB Smart Chain hash value on 2024-12-08 23:59 (UTC), will receive a larger reward, as per the table below.

Notes: 

• *New users are defined as users from qualified regions who have not completed any trade on Binance prior to the start of the Promotion Period.

• The rewards will be distributed to participating users on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Promotion B: Invite Friends to Join Binance and Trade to Win More Rewards

How to Participate:

1. Opt-in to this promotion on the landing page by clicking “Join Campaign”;

2. Invite friends by clicking “Invite Friends” on the mission list of the landing page and ensure that their friends complete the following tasks:

   a. Bind their Moonbix account with their Binance account, and complete KYC identification;

   b. Trade a minimum of $10 equivalent on Binance Spot or Binance Convert during the Promotion Period.

All users who bind their Binance accounts with Moonbix and complete KYC identification will be eligible to join Promotion B as referrers. Qualified participants who refer the first 7,000 qualified invitees** to Binance during the Promotion Period, will receive $5 in DOGS token voucher for each qualified invite they obtain. Each eligible user can receive rewards for up to a maximum of 20 qualified invitees.

Note: **A qualified invitee is defined as a new user who comes from qualified regions, has not completed any trade on Binance prior to this Promotion and has fulfilled all the tasks mentioned above.

Bonus: Get Up to $2,000 in DOGS as a Referral King!

On top of that, eligible users will be ranked according to the number of qualified invitees they have invited and receive additional rewards if they are ranked as the top 5 Referral Kings***, as per the table below.

Notes: 

• ***To qualify as a Referral King, users have to invite at least 20 qualified invitees during the Promotion Period. A Referral King may receive the respective leaderboard reward above, on top of the $5 DOGS token voucher rewards for up to 20 qualified invites each (i.e., total of $100 in DOGS token vouchers).  

• Eligible users who do not make it to the Referral Kings Leaderboard can each receive a maximum of $100 in DOGS token vouchers in Promotion B by obtaining up to 20 qualified invitees.

Terms and Conditions:

• These terms and conditions (“Activity Terms”) govern users’ participation in this Moonbix Trade & Referral Promotion (“Activity”). By participating in this Activity, users agree to these Activity Terms, and the following additional terms: (a) Binance Terms and Conditions for Prize Promotions; (b) Binance Terms of Use; and (c) Binance Privacy Notice; all of which are incorporated by reference into these terms and conditions.

• In the case of any inconsistency or conflict between these Activity Terms, and any other incorporated terms, the provisions of these Activity Terms shall prevail, followed by the  following in this order of precedence, and to the extent of such conflict: (a) Binance Terms and Conditions for Prize Promotions; (b) Binance Terms of Use; and (c) Binance Privacy Notice;.

• For Promotion A:

  • Only users from qualified regions who have not completed any trade on Binance prior to this promotion shall be eligible for any rewards.

  • Only users who have opted-in the campaign, complete KYC and bind their Binance account with Moonbix and trade a minimum of $10 equivalent in Binance Spot or Convert within the Promotion Period, shall be eligible for any rewards.

  • The reward amount will be assigned by rules-based BNB smart chain value, and the prize pool will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis to participating users.

  • Qualified participants will receive a limited reward of up to $50 in DOGS token voucher.

• For Promotion B:

  • All existing users who bind Binance accounts with Moonbix and complete KYC identification will be eligible to join Promotion B.

  • After users have opted-in to the campaign and invite friends by the code generated from clicking “Invite Friend” on the mission list, inviters will be rewarded $5 in DOGS token voucher for each qualified invitee. Users who do not make it to the Referral King ranking will receive rewards capped at 20 qualified invitees, and on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • The top 5 inviters who have invited the most qualified invitees and invited at least 20 invitees by the end of the campaign will be rewarded:

    • 1st: $2,000 in DOGS token voucher

    • 2nd: $1,000 in DOGS token voucher

    • 3rd: $800 in DOGS token voucher

    • 4th: $600 in DOGS token voucher

    • 5th: $600 in DOGS token voucher

  • Qualified invitee is defined by users from qualified regions who have not completed any trade on Binance prior to this promotion, trade a minimum of $10 equivalent in Binance Spot or Convert within the Promotion Period, complete KYC and bind their Binance account with Moonbix before the end of the Promotion.

• Please be aware that the exchange rate used for the DOGS token voucher reward will be 1,160 per 1 USD in this Promotion.

• Rewards for both Promotions will be distributed from a $205,000 prize pool, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis within each Promotion’s prize pool.

• Please note that the value of the rewards may fluctuate and may not be equal in value at the time a recipient has the ability to withdraw based on market fluctuation. Prices of digital assets, including stablecoins, can and do fluctuate at any moment. Due to such price fluctuations, you may increase or lose value in your assets at any given moment. 

• Trades on all FDUSD, TUSD, and USDT trading pairs will not count toward the trading requirement for EEA users in this promotion.

• Each sub-account will not be viewed as an independent account when participating in this promotion.

• Each user may rebind their Binance account to Moonbix for a maximum of one time only. Rewards will only be distributed to the last Binance account bound to Moonbix, where applicable.

• Binance reserves the right to disqualify a user’s reward eligibility if the account is involved in any dishonest behavior (e.g., wash trading, illegally bulk account registrations, risk accounts, self-dealing, or market manipulation).

• Binance reserves the right to disqualify any participants who tamper with Binance program code, or interfere with the operation of Binance program code with other software.

• Rewards will be distributed in the form of token vouchers within 21 days after the Promotion Period ends. Winner(s) will be able to log in and redeem their token voucher rewards via Profile > Rewards Hub.

• All token voucher rewards will expire within 14 days after distribution. Eligible users should claim their vouchers before the expiration date. Learn how to redeem a voucher.

• Binance reserves the right at any time in its sole and absolute discretion to determine and/or amend or vary these Promotion Terms without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating or suspending this Promotion, its eligibility terms and criteria, the selection and number of winners, and the timing of any act to be done, and all users shall be bound by these amendments.
