Bitfinex to Support Huobi Token (HT) Token Swap

Bitfinex will support the Huobi Token (HT) token swap to HTX DAO Token (HTXDAO) which has been previously announced by Huobi.

Deposits of the HT token have been halted as of 09/01/2025 at 1:30 PM UTC. Withdrawals and trading of the HT token are expected to be halted on 16/01/2025 at 1:30 PM UTC. We would like to remind our customers to cancel any open HT orders before 1:30 PM UTC on 16/01/2025. Following this date, all remaining open orders will be cancelled by the system.

Bitfinex intends to replace the balances of the HT token on the Bitfinex platform as of 1:30 PM UTC on 16/01/2025 with the HTX DAO token (HTXDAO) at a ratio of 1 HT:1,666,650 HTX DAO. This conversion rate was specified by Huobi for Bitfinex customers. If customers wish their HT balances not to be swapped, they should withdraw them from the platform before 1:30 PM UTC on 16/01/2025.

Any deposits of HT tokens after 1.30 PM UTC on 09/01/2025 will be lost and unrecoverable. After the token swap is complete, HT tokens will no longer be supported.

Bitfinex will make further announcements regarding whether and when the opening of trading, deposits and withdrawals of the HTX DAO token will take place. Customers are advised not to deposit HTX DAO tokens until deposits have been opened.
