Temporary Suspension of Polygon Ecosystem Token(POL) Deposits/Withdrawals due to Hardfork (02/13 18:00)

Dear Upbit users,

The Hardfork of POL is scheduled to take place, and from 2025.02.13(Thu) 18:00 (KST), support for POL(Polygon Network) and Polygon-based NFT Network deposits and withdrawals will be suspended until the stability of the hardfork is fully confirmed (updated later through this notice.) (Article 17, Paragraph 1, Items A of the Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Protection of Virtual Asset Users)

Deposits/withdrawals for POL will be temporarily suspended due to its network hardfork.Please refer to the details below.

• If you attempt to deposit POL after deposit/withdrawal have been suspended, the deposit amount may not be reflected in your Upbit account. The amount may not be restorable. Please refrain from depositing POL during the suspension.
• During the deposit/withdrawal suspension period, the return process for the following digital asset will be temporarily suspended. The return process will resume in sequential order after the resumption of deposits/withdrawals.
• Deposits may be delayed after the deposit/withdrawal suspension due to network congestion, etc and there might be a difference between the completion of blockchain network transaction confirmation and the actual deposit reflection.
• Deposits/withdrawals may occur in some blockchain networks before or after the suspension. The deposit/withdrawal will not be processed during the announced maintenance period and once the maintenance is completed, the deposit/withdrawal will be processed in sequential order.
• In the case of unexpected maintenance such as wallet and network maintenance, deposits/ withdrawals may occur in some blockchain networks before or after the announcement. Deposits/withdrawals will not be processed during the announced maintenance period and once the maintenance is complete, deposits/withdrawals will be processed in sequential order.
• Any unexpected events regarding the resumption of depositss/withdrawals will be notified through this announcement.
• During the withdrawal suspension period, Polygon-based NFTs deposit/withdrawal service will be temporarily suspended.
