Flux(FLUX) FluxOS V5.4.0 Update

The enforcement of FluxOS v5.4.0 is scheduled for April 24th. To ensure seamless operation, all FluxNode operators must upgrade before this date. Don't let it slip your mind!

Additionally, take a moment to update your NodeJS version. Currently, approximately 900 FluxNodes are running on outdated NodeJS v14. Starting May, we'll require a minimum NodeJS version of 16. Upgrade now to recommended NodeJS 20 LTS for optimal performance!
